Gavin Baker

CEO

Gavin Baker graduated from LSUHSC with a BSN in 2006 and earned his MSN in Nurse Anesthesia in 2011. He has extensive experience as a CRNA in various settings, including large teaching institutions, level 1 trauma centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and community hospitals.

He has also independently practiced in gastroenterology and pain procedures. Gavin co-founded Louisiana Anesthesia Solutions to address local anesthesia provider shortages and successfully expanded the business nationally by forming KREWE Anesthesia.

Chase Chiasson

President

Chase Chiasson began his entrepreneurial journey at 19 and graduated from Nicholls State University with a BSN in 2008. He gained valuable ICU experience before earning a Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia from LSUHSC in 2015.

Chase has worked in numerous New Orleans hospitals as an anesthesia provider. His collaboration with Gavin Baker led to the establishment of KREWE Anesthesia, which addresses critical staffing needs in anesthesia.

James FitzSimons

Partner

James was born and raised in New Orleans. He earned his BSN from LSUHSC in 2010 and his DNP in Anesthesia in 2016. He provided anesthesia services at multiple hospitals around New Orleans before partnering with KREWE Anesthesia.

Since joining KREWE, James has driven the company’s national growth through marketing and provider recruitment. He is currently on a KREWE contract assignment in Portland, OR, while also managing daily business operations.

Jeffrey Schroeder

COO

Jeff Schroeder, a 15-year veteran of the staffing industry, oversees the day-to-day operations at KREWE Anesthesia, ensuring efficient coordination and quality service. With over 25 years of experience, Jeff has a proven track record as a trusted business advisor and problem solver.

He was previously the CFO at The Delta Companies, where he played a key role in growing the company to over $100 million and facilitating its sale to Mitsui & Co. Jeff holds a BBA and MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University and serves on the board of Lucas James Talent Partners.

Tracy LeCompte

Director of Provider Services

With over 20 years of experience in business ownership and client care, Tracy LeCompte is dedicated to optimizing provider support and enhancing service delivery at KREWE Anesthesia.

She holds an AAPPR Locum Management Certification, demonstrating her specialized knowledge in physician recruitment and management. Tracy’s role involves nurturing strong provider relationships, ensuring streamlined communication, and improving patient care through effective service delivery.

Alex McKenna

VP of Business Development

Alex McKenna is a seasoned Business Development Consultant with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. He specializes in strategic planning, market analysis, client relationship management, and operational optimization.

Alex has a proven track record of driving growth and helping organizations navigate the complexities of the healthcare staffing market, consistently aligning strategies with business goals and leveraging market insights to stay ahead of industry trends.

Lindsay Raley

Director of Operations

Lindsay Raley has six years of experience in healthcare staffing, focusing on Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Credentialing. She has overseen thousands of credentialing files and provider onboardings, ensuring all requirements and hurdles are met with expertise. Lindsay is committed to delivering the highest level of service to clients and providers by implementing efficient quality control measures and maintaining compliance standards. Her leadership and innovation have been recognized with several career honors

Wes Willard

Director of Risk Management

With 26 years of experience in healthcare staffing, Wes Willard brings extensive knowledge to his role as Director of Risk Management at KREWE Anesthesia. He mitigates operational risks, ensuring the interests of the company, clients, and providers are considered equitably. Previously, Wes was VP of Legal & Risk at The Delta Companies, where he managed client contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and operational growth. Wes holds a degree from the University of North Texas and enjoys coastal sailing and fishing with his family.

Jeff Bowling

Advisor

Jeff Bowling, founder and former CEO of The Delta Companies, has 28 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. He grew TDC into an award-winning business, selling it in 2014 and remaining CEO for three years post-sale.

Jeff later led Curative, a Silicon Valley tech company, to triple its revenue in three years. He is now focused on board roles, investing in staffing-related companies, and providing advisory services. Jeff splits his time between Dallas and the Florida Keys with his wife, Daniella.

Jim Childs

Advisor

Jim Childs, Principal at Childs Capital Partners, has started and sold three businesses and advised hundreds more. He founded CHILDS Advisory Partners, a leading middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm in Human Capital Management, and led over 75 transactions.

The firm was acquired by Citizens Bank in 2019, where Jim served as Head of M&A until 2022. He also founded The Intersect Group, growing it to $150 million in revenue across eight markets. Jim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the 1987 NCAA championship tennis team.
