Challenges:

- Operating Rooms: Provided coverage to allow for client to ramp up additional rooms
- Endo: Provided coverage to ramp up Endo locations and clear thousands of backlogged cases by bringing in CRNAs that specialize in Endo
- Efficiency: Increased efficiency with endo-only CRNAs (e.g., from 8-9 cases per day to 12-13 cases per day) while lowering bill rates in endoscopy

Challenges:
- Previous anesthesia group was unable to come to an agreement. Entire staff (10 FTEs) needed to be replaced on short notice

- Independent group running OB Department departed in addition to OR shortages; need for a turnkey solution to staff OB department 24/7 and OR 5 FTE

- KREWE also effectively manages the entire CRNA OB Schedule

Challenges:
- New construction hospital part of large network in need of quick ramp-up, but lack of CRNA resources jeopardized timeline to get hospital up and running
