The CRNA Workforce is Shifting.

NATIONAL CRNA SURVEY — 1,353 RESPONDENTS

In a national survey of CRNAs, 1 in 5 W2 CRNAs said they plan to leave their current role within 12 months. Of those planning to leave, 76% say they’re going 1099. This is a structural shift in how CRNAs want to work, and leadership teams need to be prepared.

WHAT ELSE DOES THE DATA SAY?

  • 53% of respondents rate department culture positively, while a third say they’re on the fence
  • 51% are satisfied with their compensation
  • 27% want leadership to support full scope of practice above adequate staffing and schedule flexibility

These are the national trends. But your CRNA workforce dynamic tells a different story.

See your market data live, tailored to your anesthesia team’s setup.

We built an interactive CRNA dashboard that filters hundreds of data points by region, practice setting, experience level, employment model, and compensation trends (among many others). Pick a time below, and we’ll pull up your market on a 20-minute screen share.

What to Expect

We’ll filter the dashboard to your region and walk through what the CRNA workforce data says about your facility’s anesthesia market. You’ll leave with actionable CRNA employment insights to use with your team.
